Now it’s time to put that into practice.

In this interactive Ninjagony Aunt session, we’ll take real leadership challenges submitted by participants and work through them together, using the simple, practical framework introduced in the masterclass. Whether you’re dealing with a change that’s lost momentum, a team that isn’t responding, or a situation where your usual approach just isn’t working, this is your chance to explore it through a new lens.

Ahead of the session, you’ll be invited to submit your own real-world scenarios. During the session, we’ll apply the two questions and four approaches to unpack what type of change you’re really dealing with and what kind of leadership is needed to move things forward.

You’re welcome to attend whether or not you submit a challenge. The session will be highly practical, with shared learning as we work through real examples together.

Expect a collaborative and insightful discussion that strips leadership back to what actually works—helping you respond with clarity, confidence, and the right approach, whatever the situation.

We’re inviting you to submit a current project or change scenario where your approach to leading isn’t getting the results you expected—whether a team isn’t responding, a change has stalled, or you’re unsure how best to lead a particular situation.

All submissions will be completely anonymous, and a selection will be explored live during the session. We’ll apply the simple framework from the masterclass—using the two key questions and four approaches—to uncover what type of change you’re really dealing with and what leadership style is needed.

You’re welcome to attend whether or not you submit a challenge, but sharing yours means you could gain direct, practical input on a situation you’re dealing with right now.
