Real World Project Management Webinar - Systems Thinking and Lessons from the Sea

This engaging webinar will focus on the topic of  systems thinking and its practical application in projects, taking theory to reality.

Building on a previous blog by the speakers (Connecting Intelligence: Systems thinking and lessons from the sea), the authors wish to bring a discussion to the audience about the practical application of systems thinking to project delivery.

The session will introduce the topic and then build on the speakers knowledge around practical implementation and help the audience to consider their own projects.

The webinar will open the discussion to project practitioners around the next steps for the institution to build on this area and ultimately improve project delivery within the industry.
