APM London Network in collaboration with Turner & Townsend - International Men's Day - The future is Everyone: Beyond Delivery - Building Men Who Can Sustain Success, Health, and Home

In today’s fast-paced world, men are often expected to carry significant responsibilities, to deliver, provide, lead, and remain resilient in the face of constant demands. For many men working in project delivery and leadership environments, success is measured by performance, outcomes, and the ability to consistently deliver under pressure.
But beyond every achievement is a person, a man with personal goals, relationships, responsibilities, and a life outside of work.
Beyond Delivery explores what it truly takes for men to sustain success while maintaining their health, relationships, and sense of purpose. This event moves beyond traditional conversations about achievement and focuses on the foundations that enable men to thrive both professionally and personally.
The session will explore the realities of balancing ambition with family commitments, professional responsibilities with personal wellbeing, and leadership expectations with the need for healthy relationships and support systems.
It will recognise the important role that partners, families, and communities play in creating the stability that allows men to succeed, while also encouraging men to take ownership of their wellbeing and the relationships that matter most.
Aligned with the 2026 International Men’s Day theme “The Future is Everyone,” this event invites men, leaders, and allies to reflect on a broader definition of success, one that values not only what men achieve, but how they sustain their health, strengthen their relationships, and positively influence those around them.
Because the future needs men who can deliver, lead, and succeed, but also men who can thrive.
