Knowledge leaves when people do. Agentic PMO is a different approach — three AI agents (Plan, Monitor, Alert) that generate, track, and flag project data autonomously, augmented by domain packs that encode industry-specific knowledge. The result: a 3-person team does the work of a 10+ person PMO. In this session, Prashant Nikam will introduce the Agentic PMO architecture, demonstrate a live project generation from brief to full WBS, and walk through the two deployment models — standalone for SME projects and intelligence-layer integration alongside Primavera P6 for large capital programmes.
