Peel Ports Group is one of the UK’s leading port operators.  It’s acquisition of the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company in 2005 made it the owner, operator and custodian of The Port of Liverpool.

The Port of Liverpool is described as “a gateway to global trade” by Peel Ports Group, emphasising its role as a part of the UK’s critical national infrastructure and in enabling international supply chains between countries and continents.

The Port has a deep-rooted history and an exciting future. Constant investment in its assets, expertise and people ensure that it can meet the needs of its customers, offering innovative solutions to help businesses grow and succeed, helping enable both the growth of the North West Regional economy and that of the wider UK.
